A house for lovers of Downtown. This condominium of 200 apartments is built at 13 Szinyei Merse Pál street and 51-53 Szondi street. The plans for the development of this plot of almost 3685 m2 were made by Tibor Kolbe, chief designer of Promega architecture studio.
Parallel with the construction works preparations were made for the façade renewal works in which the Municipality of Terézváros and Autóker Holding Zrt. jointly renovated the façades of a total of ten houses in Szinyei Merse Pál and Szondi streets.
