Léda House is the third downtown project of Autóker Holding Zrt.. The building was handed over in 2005 in the direct vicinity of King Court, in District VI at 3 Székely Mihály street.
Léda House was designed by PROMEGA architecture studio led by Tibor Kolbe, and contains 57 apartments, one fitness room and an inner garden. The proportions of this latter are made human-oriented by the hanging garden built at the height of the first floors, the applied traditional world of form and the combination of state-of-the-art materials.
The building looks onto Székely Mihály street on the one hand, and on an internal park, operating as a public area, on the other hand. Therefore, in contrast with the city houses built in unbroken rows, two fully functional façades could be fit out.
